Thanks to the incredible Sharjah team, we embarked on a beautiful journey that took us first to the Aichi Triennale in Nagoya, guided by the artistic director Hoor Al Qasimi. At “Between Ashes and Roses,” we encountered powerful artistic visions that revealed how art can question, rebuild and illuminate the world around us.
From there, we continued to Art Week Tokyo, walking through the vibrant streets of this extraordinary city, learning from its culture, its rhythm and its profound relationship with contemporary creation.
Art, beyond being an object, a fair or a transaction, is a force of change: a subtle rebellion capable of stirring emotions, unsettling what we know and giving shape to new feelings and new perspectives. This journey affirmed once again the role of art as a transformative agent, and its essential place in building a better society for everyone.
